What services can you provide for my law practice?
Our sole mission is to improve your customer base, so we provide every service necessary to do so. We can provide your law firm with professional website design & development, logo creation & branding, print advertising design and placement for yellow pages, magazines or billboards, we can design and print professional collateral such as business cards, brochures, and folders. We can provide effective internet marketing and real world advertising that puts you directly in front of potential clients.
What about the extra services that I may need?
We provide everything you need to create your identity and drive clients to your practice. This includes professional custom photography, video production, copywriting, and website hosting.
I want to hire a local creative and website design firm. Where are you located?

My last designer screwed up. Can you save my project?

My last designer didn’t return calls or complete projects in a timely manner. Will you?
Sadly, we’re not surprised by this question anymore. It's the number one complaint we’ve heard from clients which we’ve picked up from other designers. We’ll return calls and get things done in a professional and timely manner. We guarantee it. None of our clients are cheating on us!
I need a my project completed quickly! What’s the quickest I can get it?
Each case and set of needs is unique, but in emergency situations we can give you a web presence within a couple of days [what we call a "WebCard"], and have your full site built within a week or 2 if your content is ready and you're really motivated to complete the project quickly. Of course, it'll cost you a bit more, but we'll work overtime to meet your deadline. Logos, advertisements, and print projects can be completed as quickly as one day, depending on your revisions.
I’m a single practicing attorney. Will I pay the same amount as a large law firm for my project?
No. We offer a discount to single attorneys or law practices with up to 3 members, or newly formed law firms. An additional discount is available to attorneys who’ve recently graduated from law school or have recently passed the Bar Exam.
I need several design services for my law firm. Do you have package rates?
Yes. We offer package rates for 2 primary reasons: Added value for our clients gives them more of a reason to do business with us, and we get to offer one thing that many law firms and attorneys overlook: consistency. If we design not only your website, but your business cards, print ads, etc, then the look and feel will be consistent, making your branding more recognizable and thus much more effective. We make it convenient and cost-effective for you to use us for all of your design, marketing, and printing needs.

Why do I need a website?
Seriously? Because it's 2008! Having a website gives you credibility, offers your customers information about your business, can build your customer base, and if done properly, can streamline your day to day operations and act as a hub for your law firm. It also allows your potential customers to find you on the ever more popular thing called the Internet. Oh yeah, and your potential clients are looking for your services there, right now.
What kind of website do I need for my law practice?

I need a feature rich website for my law practice, basically a virtual law office. Can you guys handle it?
We provide all aspects of web design and marketing, including full website design, website creation, web graphics, content management solutions, web programming, database creation, e-commerce, search engine optimization, & more. Our programmers can create and implement any feature your law firm needs or desire.
I already have a website, but it’s not doing the trick. Should I scrap it or just get a website makeover?
That depends on whether it has any redeeming qualities or not. If the design is up to par and it has good navigation, you may just want to add some great content, useful interactive features and some quality graphics. Because of the value we offer, you can probably afford to scrap it and have us design you a new website, complete with all the features it needs to be effective.
Can you guys host my website also?
We can, and we can host your website for under $100 per year! This includes email set up.
Do you charge a website maintenance or other monthly fee?
No! Unlike most web design companies, we don't charge you a fee unless we're actually performing maintenance! Your website will be just fine once it's online, and you won't have any recurring monthly charges, other than an inexpensive hosting fee (generally under $100 per year). If you require changes or want to add more content, we can do it for a nominal hourly fee. Otherwise, no fees!
Can I make changes to my own website?
Yes, we can design a website for you that includes a “Content Management” feature that allows you to change or add content to your website as you desire - password protected and "safe as houses". And it’s easy to use.
I'm an attorney, not a programmer. Can I still make changes to my website on my own?
Yes. Our content management systems are very user friendly, making it very simple to change or add content to your website. If you can write an e-mail, you can update your website.
I need to be able to accept payments for my legal services online. Can you help?
Yes, we can equip your website with a shopping cart and secure online payment gateways so you can participate in e-Commerce, making it easy for your clients to pay you in a timely manner.
Once my website is online, can you help me drive traffic to it?
Yep, and we have several ways of doing so, depending on legal services focus and your marketing budget. All of our designers are trained in Search Engine Optimization and we build all of our websites to perform well organically in search engine placement. If that's not enough, we can also get you on the very first page of Google & Yahoo with our Search Engine Advertising program. And, as we are a full service design company, we can drive people to your website the old fashioned way: with a clever advertisement or engaging business card and/or brochure.

What can I expect if I hire you to design my law practice logo?
We have 2 options available: Our Standard Package is ideal for the attorney who knows what kind of logo design they want and just needs us to bring it to life. We’ll provide you with 3 initial designs and revise one based on your feedback until it’s perfect. Our Deluxe Logo Package is for those who prefer to leave the design concept up to us. This package is designed to provide many options, and will get you 8 initial designs with unlimited revisions. Either way, you’ll have a logo that will give your law practice the image it needs and one you’ll be proud of.
Will I own the logo that I select?
Yes, and we release all rights to it, with the exception of using it in our print and online portfolio.
What’s the turn-around time for a logo design?
A logo design is critical for your business and needs to be the primary focus as it will be utilized on your business card, website, ads, and everything else needed to promote your law practice. For that reason, we make it a priority. You can expect results within 72 hours of hiring us, and revisions within 2 business days.
What format / file versions will I receive my logo in?
Every version you’ll ever need: jpeg, tiff, gif, pdf, and eps. This means you’ll have a file for every format you’ll ever need, print or web, lapel pin or billboard. You’ll also receive another set with your logo in black & white.
What other print projects do you guys offer?
We can design your law firm’s business card, legal specialties brochures, presentation folders and more. We can then have them professionally printed in a variety of paper choices and styles, depending on your needs.

I’ve been hearing a lot lately about SEO. What exactly is it, and do you provide it?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, and it’s the process of manipulating a website so that it ranks highly on the major search engines such as Google and Yahoo. We have SEO experts on our team at Legal Pixels that rank your law firm website on highly on these search engines for your legal specialty keywords and phrases.
Do you offer pay-per-click programs such as AdWords?

Contact us and schedule a free consultation. We’ll assess your needs, learn about your law practice and legal specialties. We’ll offer suggestions and give you a few proposals to choose from, all custom designed specifically for your law practice.

What can I expect if I contact you?
If you call us you can expect a warm-blooded human at the other end of the line, not an electronic menu asking your language preference. In the rare event that we aren’t available, we’ll call you back within 4 hours - guaranteed. It's the same reply time if you send us an email or fill out our contact form. After that, it’s up to you, but we’re gonna suggest you meet with us for a FREE consultation so we can learn about your needs. Or we can discuss it over the phone, but we much prefer meeting you!
What can I expect if I schedule a free consultation?
A project manager would contact you to set up the consultation. The consultation would take place in our customer friendly studio, your office, or a coffee shop. It would consist of a needs assessment to determine your needs. We'd get to know a bit about you and your business, and answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Our team of designers, content managers, and creative directors would then put our heads together to create for you a proposal based on your needs, the solutions to your needs, and other suggestions that would give you the website your business needs. The proposal would contain several options in several price ranges. We answer any further questions or concerns and you then decide, in your own time, if we're the right designers for you.
After the initial consultation, what comes next?
You’ll probably hire us. The value we offer is hard to beat. If you don’t hire us you’ll probably regret it for the rest of your life! Just kidding. After the consultation, we’ll make a recommendation based on your needs. Then, because we’re swell guys, we’ll offer you a package price rather than an a-la-carte or per-hour pricing, saving you lots of loot. Suppose I hire you guys. What can I expect from the web design process?

How much will it cost for Legal Pixels to create my project?
That depends exactly on the services and features you need. We realize that no two businesses are exactly alike and all clients have different needs. After a thorough (and FREE) initial consultation, we’ll save you some cash by designing a custom website design package exclusively for you.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
The way we keep our rates so low and our turn-around so quick is by sheer efficiency. Because much of what we do is intangible and everything we do is original, the time and energy we spend on your project is dedicated to it alone and will never be sold to someone else if you aren’t happy with our original results. The deposit covers our initial expense and insures we aren't putting time, talent and energy into it for nothing.
When is the rest of the payment due?
Again, this depends on the project. Some projects require another third midway through the process. All projects require the final payment upon completion. However, you’ll always know the price before we begin and our clients are known to be pleasantly surprised!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, money order, and Master Card & Visa debit or credit cards. We also accept credit / debit card payments online here.
I'm really busy and cannot participate in the process in any way. Can you guys do it all?
Yes, we can conceptualize, design, and implement your entire website, logo design, print project or marketing project. We can write the copy, design and create the visuals, put it online, and drive traffic to it. We can also provide logo design and custom professional photography, graphic design and video. The only finger you have to lift is on your check writing hand, and even that will be gentle!
What’s your guarantee?
We guarantee you’ll be happy with your website design, logo, or graphic design because we offer unlimited revisions on the initial design. If the design we create isn’t what you had in mind, we go back to the drawing board until it’s perfect. We also always guarantee to have initial results ready for review within 72 hours for logos and print design and 5 business days for website designs, but we usually beat that by a full day. We also guarantee that all of our work is 100% original. As well, other that the initial deposit, we guarantee that we won’t charge you until you are happy with your results.
I’ve seen cheaper rates online. Why?
Many online website design or logo design firms are simply “design factories” that churn out cookie-cutter designs that are generic enough to represent several types of businesses. These designs, called "Templates", are then altered slightly to match the name of the client. Designs not chosen by the client are simply recycled and offered to the next guy that comes along. By contrast, our designs are 100% original and one-of-a-kind custom renditions, created solely for one client - YOU! Once created, our website and logo designs are never presented to another client. What’s the point of having a logo or website design if it looks like someone else’s?
Considering the level of quality I have seen in your work, why are you guys so inexpensive compared to other local and national web design companies?
Because we're a small web design firm and we don't have a lot of overhead. That, and most of our design team are part owners! That means there's no middleman. And, we're not farming out the work to inexperienced underlings; we do it ourselves!
I don’t have much money to invest into website design or internet marketing. What should I do?
